What happens when I run out of credits?
AI features stop and tell you exactly how many credits you need. Building, editing and exporting your CV keep working — they never cost credits. Top up with a one-time pack or upgrade your plan.
Are failed AI calls charged?
No. Charges run inside a database transaction with row locking, and if the model call fails the credits are refunded automatically. Every movement is written to a ledger you can audit.
Do subscription credits roll over?
Plan credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle. Credits from one-time packs sit alongside them and never expire.
Which payment methods are supported?
Midtrans for Indonesian cards, bank transfer, GoPay and QRIS; Stripe for international cards. Running locally with no keys configured, checkout auto-settles so you can test the entire flow.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and any credits already granted remain yours.
